The Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management at DeSales is available online and requires 120 credit hours for completion. It builds upon a liberal arts education, including Catholic theology and ethics, and incorporates in-depth training of the business skills and knowledge necessary for success in the world of human resources management. DeSales has a program called ACCESS that allows students to earn degrees quickly and conveniently. The Online degree programs are a part of the ACCESS program. Courses run on a 6 and 8 week cycles allowing students to concentrate on fewer courses at a time. With eleven start dates throughout the year, students can begin their program when it best suits their schedules. The online Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resource Development is designed to meet the needs of a specialist working in the profession.
